Drive shaft extended for 2 door tahoes?
I got a 6.5" full drop needing to go on, but im trying to get everything together for a smooth install. Iv'e searched around for a few hours now, and havent found a straight answer. So how much if even at all, do i need to get my drive shaft lengthed on my 2 door Tahoe. ill be putting 8" springs in the rear with 1 or 2" blocks. If no one knows, how do i measure to make sure i get the correct drive shaft length? Thanks. -Anthony

you should be ok. you will need to re route the exhaust with the front driveshaft, unless you have true dual exhaust with 2 down pipes.

Re: Drive shaft extended for 2 door tahoes?
Why would you put a 1-2" block along with the 8" springs, your gonna have pretty steep angles getting it level with all that...just run the springs IMO

I have 8in leafs springs also. I put angled shims to make it the driveshaft line up better.

I don't remember the brand name but I got them at ORW. They are 0.5-1" angled shim. Its basically and angled block.
