he did say it was a Dana 60... and it obviously doesnt have full floating axleshafts, therefor it is a semi floating Dana 60.

the lack of a circle of bolts inside the circle of lug studs, which retain the axle shaft.

Re: almost done with lift
I was wondering why you did not go with a 8 lug dana 60 in front and a 10.5 or 11" 14 bolt full floater for the rear??????????

so the rock jock was necessary, but $70 worth of parts so you're not dragging rear ubolts is "too much"? thank you for confirming my suspicions.

Damn Grease Take it easy on the guy
There are some WTF things on there, but the craftsmanship and the truck it self is top notch...Beautiful rig, reminds me of a clean version of my truck (well when yours would have been stock, anyway)
I have some of the same questions as the other guys (Ubolt flip, Semi float rear axle, etc...) but you know what? It's your truck, and if you've got the cash to make it how you want, then by all means do what makes you happy. Who are we to tell you how to build your truck :)
Best of luck, please keep us updated on the pics. Great looking build

Re: almost done with lift
What did that front axle set you back? I like the 6 lug look too. Can you fit 15 inch rims on there?
