Re: Post your LIFTED 2WD setup & how you use it!
I paid about $1000 for the spindles, spacers, taper shims, shocks, and blocks. I got it all from performancelifts.com, they have the lowest prices for the spindles. Everything else you can find cheaper at other places, but you got to look around.

Re: Post your LIFTED 2WD setup & how you use it!
Year/make/model: 2003 GMC Sierra Extd cab
motor/trans: 4.8L V-8 w/4l60e
rearend: 4.56 gears and Detroit Truetrac
Engine mods: MAC Performance CAI, Taylor 10.4 Race Wires,Bosch +4plugs, Granatelli MAF, Jet TB spacer, Hypertech Tuner and Flowmaster super 40 dumped under bed
Front Suspension: 7" ProComp crossmember front lift with ES3000 shocks
Rear Suspension: 5" Superlift springs, 2" Skyjacker iron blocks, and ES3000 Shocks
Other: 3" Performance Accessories bodylift, Procomp Skid plate
Wheels: 20x10 Diamo D17 wheels black/silver w/5" backspacing
Tires: 35x12.50x20 Toyo Open Country M/Ts

The truck was finished last week so it hasn't really been offroad yet. It will see about 70% street use and 30% offroad. It will mostly be mud and trails when offroad, I will also serve as my hunting rig. It has done good so far in the little bit of offroad it has seen so far( found a small mud hole yesterday and couldn't resist, I really need to get down to the river!) It is now averaging about 13.5 MPG with a heavy foot and 80mph on the highway. The ride is a bit stiff outback thanks to the extra leaf in the Superlift spring pack, but overall it is not bad.

Future plans: Custom UCAs so I can add more lift to the front, ss brake lines, brake rotor upgrade, and 37s once the 35s are gone.
