windows frosting over

my '98 civic coupe keeps frosing/fogging up on the inside and out since i bought it last year..i'm sure the window seals and trunk seals arent the best so i think thats whats causing the moisture..i'm wondering what i can do to remedy this..i wonder if one of those things that u put in a gun cabinet to suck up the moisture would help?..either that or a million packets of silica gel

Re: windows frosting over

I used to use fog-x on my 91 civic and it worked fairly well.

Re: windows frosting over

You are running the air conditioner when you have the defrosters on right? Its absolutely necessary in a Honda to run the AC with the defrosters.

Oh wait, is it frosting over when its sitting overnight? ****. Sounds like its cold out. How about letting it warm up a little bit. It is only a honda after all.

its mostly when i drive it and have it all warm inside the car and then cut it off..i guess the heater core does have a small leak or somethin and its making the heat that comes out humid or somethin b/c then it frosts and freezes on the inside..thats why i was saying i was wondering if it would help to put something in there to absorb some of the moisture
