How to replace brake springs on 1987 Ford F-150

I bought a Brake spring kit for my 1987 F-150. Just wondering how would i go about installing this? Pics would be a BIG help!

Point it at the lake with a brick on the go pedal. Brake problems solved!

Seriously though, are you talking about spring for shoes in drum brakes? Easy, get a manual, or google a ford forum. Just dissabemble one at a time, use the other side as a guide.

Yea im talking about the springs on a drum brake, Just doing the one side. so i will use the other side as a guide.

that old of a truck they old will prob already be disassembled lol. fall right out when you pull the drum off

Drums are easy. Once they are apart, you'll see how everything goes together and works.

They make specialty tools for this (which I own, but have never used, and make the job a LOT quicker).
