Muffler Decisions
Well, I have developed an exhaust leak at the inlet pipe on the muffler. The actual exhaust pipe is fine, but the inlet on the muffler cracked at the base of the muffler.
I'm looking for a reasonably cheap muffler that will get a good bit of sound out of the old girl, but I'm not a big fan of drone. Glasspacks seem interesting, and so do the Cherry Bomb Extremes. What else is out there?
No straight pipes, and no duals or anything like that (yet.)
EDIT: I've got a 350 TBI, just to clear that up.

Re: Muffler Decisions
Get a thrush welded muffler. Inexpensive and a nice mellow throaty sound. I'm very pleased with mine.

I'm not sure if they did it on burbs like they did pickups but does you truck have the factory Dual tailpipe?? or single ?

It's all stock right now. Single pipe out and it's 3" in and 3" out.
