Swapping Whipple and headers over............

I am wanting to take my whipple and shorty headers out of my 98 tahoe and put into my 96 Z71. How much would one expect to pay a guy that does in on the side to make it worth his time... but not rip me off in the process ? My tahoe also has a Edelbrock cat bat exhaust that mounts up to my headers and bolts on.... while my truck is straight duals welded into manifold....... how much work am i looking at ? Any way to mount the headers and and still make both exhaust systems work with out trashing them out ? thanks
