93-95 whipple install

I may have just found a used wipple kit for my 93 yukon. Looks like it has all the parts, What I dont have is the instructions. anyone have a copy ?

Is it an Autorotor (square, flat and boxy looking unit) or the finned kind? I should be able to send you some instructions, but I need to know what you have.

And I hope that you are right about it being complete. Most used ones advertised as being complete are far from it. I should know: I found a used kit and spent a lot of time and some money chasing all the parts down for it. Luckily I got the kit for cheap....

Search some of my old threads on this subject and you should find some useful info as well.

If you are talking about the Autorotor, I can probably help with a lot of the questions. Whipple can help too, but it won't be a high priority for them. I have parts lists and part prices (fairly recent) from my experience as well.

CKTA is pretty knowledgeable on the subject as well.

Anyhow, let me know what you have an I can try to help.

it is the flat boxy type. the good thing is that I had the seller take pics of everything he had so it looks complete. also I have been in contact with whipple and they sent me a parts list and prices if I need anything.

So how do you like you kit :)

I would like it a whole lot more if it were installed.

I was getting close to putting it all on the truck in June and then my wife (fit as a fiddle and only just turned 30) had a stroke.

Understandably, a lot of things went onto the back burner for a while......

Happy to report she's doing fine and just went back to work (full recovery). Kind of a freak event due to a tiny defect in her heart.

I've got some time off coming in August and hope to do the install in the next 2 weeks along with 34" rad and dual electric fans and SPAL fan controller.
