Bully Dog Programer
Do the programers really work for gas engines? Will you be able to tell what it has done for $400.00 ? Is the bully dog (power pup)the best one to get? I have heard that it is. Is this true please help. The truck in question 2500 6.0l Thanks

ive got the same truck, and programmers do work, i think its a good bang for buck. As for the bully dog i dont know ive never used one,but if you do let me know how it goes

I have the power pup for the 6.0. I wasnt that impressed with it. But I do have 36s, that may be why I didnt notice that much of a gain. I do notice it shifts a lot higher. You can go to bully dog website and download new stuff for it also. They supposedly added a speedo calibration to it but I cant get it to do it. Doesnt even list it as an option when I hook it up to my truck.

i have a buddy with a 5.3 an the bully dog i could tell a nice gain an the shifts points deff helped but we downloaded the speedo calibartion a i think it helped it even more

i have the predator for the 04 with an afe intake. I noticed a large difference with just the 87 tune. Then i increased the shift quickness. It doesn't dog out from the intake like it did stock. The predator let's you change a lot more options then others. Check it out if they offer it for your ride. www.diablosport.com

You can also increase that 98 mph limit up to 125 just in case lol. Change axle ratio's and tire sizes
