It can though. Your 7747 bin can be "patched" to have hiway cruise. You are looking for Hiway747.zip.

The best way is to get your self a photobucket account.
http://photobucket.com
upload it, then copy and paste the IMG code to your post.

Edelbrock and a Holley throttle body.

Hey, does anybody have any picks of their adjustable regulator? How does it fit?

Nice pics. I have an adjustable regulator but no recent pics. I'll have to take some and post them. I still would like to know your mod list and drivetrain set-up, but when you have some time. Not many people running in the 12s around here. The Edelbrock MPFI intake has been scoffed at as a performance piece on this board in the past. Obviously with the right combination and tuning, it works very well. I think the extra cubes help too, mind you, and probably generating huge low RPM torque numbers. BTW, Wester's lists the 19#/hr injectors supporting 225-300 hp: http://westers_garage.eidnet.org/tec...info.htm#cat11. I wouldn't be surprised if your engine BSFC is below 0.45. A few extra #'s in those injectors may give you a few more ponies.

Here's my engine taken a couple of years ago:

Not real easy to see, Aeromotive regulator.
I'll get a better pic later.

LT1 style regulator, If I did it again I would just buy a new right
side fuel rail, threaded on both ends.

Re: Edelbrock MPFI guys, question for ya...
Blue71, looks like you had to modify the rear of the fuel rail to mount the Aeromotive regulator. I shyed away from that unit because of clearance issues with the distributor, but I see you found a way to make it work. I used the smaller Holley unit and mounted it on driver's side. I had to reverse the fuel rails, but I can't remember the details right now. I wrote it up in a post somewhere.

ya, It's not the cleanest install but it works.

It would have bolted up in the stock location but was a very very
tight fit.

94Blazer383 had a nice setup on his boat, reversed the fuel rails or
something, there's a pic on the board here some were.

Re: Edelbrock MPFI guys, question for ya...
Been following along here and had a couple questions for y'all.

gmc406: What's you 1/8 mile time? All I have around here is 1/8 mile tracks, and I just wanted to compare. My truck does 8.90's with cold air, 9.00's with hot air.

Red94Chev: Did your truck come stock with the accumulator cozy or did you add it. Recently got the air working on my S10 and I think something like that would help with the AC performance.

Thanks

Also here's a engine pic.

If I remember right, it runs somewhere around 8.25's......cool valve covers on your mill.

Nice and clean, it looks good. I wish I could've cleaned up mine a bit, but I was in a hurry to get the pics up.
I hear what your saying, I saw that too on his site. That's why I'm soooo confused with this whole injector size thing. I would like to feel safe in saying I'm over the 300hp mark. I would like to think too, that my engine doesn't require a lot of fuel to make power. That could explain the good fuel millage.

Dam*, that's a fast truck, your definitely more that 300HP. I estimate mine to be around the 360 to 375 mark but I could be wrong. My exhaust is really hurting my HP right now, with a better exhaust it might be close to 400HP, but I'm using 29# injectors. ET wise my too tight converter really slows the 60' down. With a more appropriate converter and better exhaust, I was hoping for 8.50's. Did you do any porting to the manifold? Mine has some minor work, which was difficult given the tight working conditions.

Thanks, I'll look for one next time I go to the j/y.

Those center bolt valve covers look great. I wish my engine was as clean as yours and Red94Chev engine.
