finally happy with my tune... but could improve
well i finally think i got this thing runing decently. and it was alot, i mean ALOT of trial and error. but i learned, and wasted gas as well in the entire process..

well i kept switching from sbc to bbc injectors and playing with different psis to see what made the stroker happy... but also i had to fix some in tank fuel problems as well...

im happy to report that im running 90# bbc injs @ 25 psi of fuel right now, with a VE that suited for my needs... at 1st i was running 15-20 psi and a weak VE table, so i was feeding the engine via AE vs TPS and MAP... ran decent, but had bog swings etc..

i now am able to run a stock sbc tps vs ae table with a little more AE added to it, with the stock map settings, as with my high psi and bbc injs and with my hurricane intake, i dont need very much AE at all... its actually faster with less..

the VE is very healthy, and my errors with my old VE was that it varied too much from adjacent map cells... which all explained the WALL i was always hitting at 2-3k rpm. now 3 rows or so map are the same, as the stroker likes steady fuel not rapid changing. still working on VE

i also noticed, the less PE i used the better the engine ran overall, and better the throttle felt. also the better the mpg!

my SA table is awesome as it loves to part throttle and TPS response is just awesome. and my shifts and converter lockup is sweet, very firm too. i mean i lug around 1425 rpm all day and pretty much cover any speed from 37-55ish...

ive got my near idle VE set perfectly now, the stroker has manners indeed.. but get into it too fast, and its another truck! my buddy was amazed how quick it changed..

tuning is the best thing! still learning from guys like Yenko & Kurt. lean cruise is next to tackle to better mpg, once i get my new sensor.

im also runing OL all the time, its amazing the difference in the truck.

ill post some screen shots soon.
