let me rephrase.
when i get up to speed, and just let up to stop accelerating, and cruise it rapidly goes lean,
tried searching but couldent find anything.

Re: what is going on?
it might be that your ve table is just too lean in those areas. 20-30kpa at 1000-1500 rpm

Re: what is going on?
i was messing around with prop gains because i never have been able to get it to idle right and i wanna say that i helped it, but right after i flashed in the bin, my wb suddenly would only give me 20.1, 19.9, and then switch to 10.0 when ever i give it throttle. i dont know whats gone wrong. gonna check all my connections today at work.
and if i get it to work i will try and increase thoes lower ve values

sometimes they overheat and do that especially if theyre too close to the cat.

Re: what is going on?
it gave me error code 8 which means damaged sensor.
i dont have cats. mine is in the header right at the bottom of the cab almost.
it says that it is made to operate in less than 900 deg temps. do you think it is more than 900 at the collecter?
anyways i took it out and it was covered in soot, makes sense cause i have been running REALLY rich. i did the free air calibration and am gonna test it tomorow. hopefully i fixed it.
ever heard of cleaning an oxygen sensor?

Re: what is going on?
i got my sensor and raised my fuel pressure up to 21. within two hours of driving my oxygen sensor was doing the same thing which is not working and only showing three values in the 10.0 afr range. i am going to contact them today and figure whats going on.

Re: what is going on?
did you calibrate the sensor? check all connections? if you ran it for two hours then theres a very good chance they are overheating. mine did that alot

Re: what is going on?
i did do the free air calibration before i installed the 02. about how long does it take for yours to over heat?
how does yours act when it is overheating?
will check all connections tomorow

Re: what is going on?
code8, O2 gauge gets stuck on lean or rich will not swing.
I never have overheating problems with mine mounted in the collector of a Flowmaster Y pipe, you can use this: http://www.innovatemotorsports.com/x...cat=250&page=1
I've heard you can also use one of those spark plug non fouler's

Re: what is going on?
i have midlength headers with the bung on 12 o clock. the oxygen sensor is actually under the cab, i had to bend in the heat shield on the cab for it to fit, so it is pretty far away from the combustion chamber.
how far away from the engine is your sensor? where is your y pipe located?
when the oxygen sensors dont swing does that mean they are ruined, or just need cleaned?

Re: what is going on?
when they overheat the arent ruined. just need to cool down. the sensor should swing some, but not much really if you are at a steady speed.
mine is right at the end of the y-pipe. make shure you dont have it too close to the cat, because it will overheat even faster

Re: what is going on?
I have long tube headers, both headers are tied to a Flowmaster Y pipe (2x2.5"in 3"out) the Y pipe collector is on the passengers side, O2 and WBO2 about 18" from the header collector in the Y pipe collector.
If the WBO2 sensor has been to hot and does not swing or cannot be calibrated it's time for a replacement.
Also if your engine is running to lean it can cause the WBO2 to over heat, Been there done that running lean cruise.

Re: what is going on?
maybe i need to move my 02 sensor back in my exhaust.
What do you think is the problem if i go out there and the sensor still does not swing?
the thing that gets me is with this current sensor which was new. and only has maybe 1.5 hours of driving, never had over 30 minutes of continous driving. i was running my buddy to junk yards. and when it was giving me readings i made sure to keep accellerating where it would not go lean, because it goes lean wen cruising.
