Question 4L60E to 4L80E swap
I've done some searching and seen a few things but not a real detailed description of what's involved. I have a lead on a guy selling a 4L80E + T case from a 99 3500. What do you actually have to do to make it work in a 94? I've heard that the driveshaft will need to change, as well as the cross member? Any changes to the actual wiring or computer?

I know a few guys here have done the swap. Any info would be awesome!

I'm not positive but, I'm pretty sure you need the computer for the 4L8, all the standalone controllers I've ever seen cost about a grand.
