trans go ?
I have a 99 silverado 5.3 reg cab and the guy thats puting my shift kit said that they have the hd kit ,and the street strip kit, which one should i get,want a hard shift but not something thats gona destroy the rest of my truck

There is a TransGo 4L60E Shift kit and the Performance Shift kit. The Performance Shift kit is the one you want. I carry the modified version along with the Corvette servo. It comes with new accumulator pistons, hardened accumulator pins, oem pin, all necessary seals, Torlon checkballs, etc. I set these kits up to shift smooth at part throttle, and the shifts getting firmer with more throttle. This will give you the best chance at a long tranmission life. Let me know if I can be of help? Dana
