Not lookin forward to body work lol. My buddy who is doing most of the work had his dad who works at a sheet metal shop measure, cut, and bend everything to size. Hopefully that helps alot with the body work part of it. He bent the bottom of the sides 90 degrees and out a few inches so the seam wasnt right there in the corner.

Yeah I did the same thing. Putting that bend in the bottom keeps the weld out of the corner and also makes the sides more rigid and less likely to be wavy from front to back.

Just to let you know, rotational momentum is proportional to the distance from centre of rotation. That is to say, it matters where the mass is placed inside the area. So even if the overall diameter is the same, having more mass toward the edges of the wheel (due to say, a larger sized rim) will induce more angular momentum.

Re: Fullsize going under the knife...again
29.6" tire. get it right lol. its almost to lugs. when your right near it all you see is that massive lip lol

had to cut the center supports, part of the rear support and the brass threaded insert on the intake manifold that holds the cover on and it fit right up. its about .5" from tire hittin the hood.
