Re: Project replacement
doesn't really kink it, turns out where it holds the pipe while you bend it puts lil dents it. think i might just try thicker walled tubing.

Re: Project replacement
If you're using the pipe bender that's in the background that is your problem. It is made for bending pipe, you need a tubing bender. Pipe and tubing is two different things.
2" Pipe is measured by inner diameter, so the overall outer diameter is larger than 2". 2" Tubing has a overall diameter so the dies for a pipe bender do not support the walls of tubing because they are made for larger diameter pipe. |

Re: Project replacement
it will work, just need to use thicker walled tubing. figured i would give the smaller stuff a try because its all my steel guy had left. shop down the street bends twice the amount i do and havn't had a problem with the same bender. the pro tools do look nice, like the 302, just need more money. hf bender was $80.

Re: Project replacement
i like the rear suspension work, looks familiar! lol only thing i could suggest is making your watts link bars parallel to the ground at ride height. have you checked side to side movement with vertical travel?
looking good though
