Re: is it safe?
If you're running 22's there's no reason to cut the arm. But i have almost 4" cut of the bottom of mine and nothing has caused a problem in almost a year.

Re: is it safe?
I ground the hell out of mine 3 years ago and haven't had a problem with them. The rubbed bad on the old 15's I had. I haven't looked to see how much clearance there is with the 18's.

Re: is it safe?
With 20" or larger wheels, your suppose to NOT have to cut the arms at all.

If you do a 4/6 with 15" wheels will you have to trim the LCA's? How about airbags?

Its not the 4/6, its the spindle that does it, since it raises the hub higher.

And yes if you run spindles on bags than you have to trim the rain gutters.

Re: is it safe?
so the spindles went fine but the hangars are a PITA. The auto shop closed and my trucks still on the lift. Hopefully it goes smoother tomorrow

Re: is it safe?
well i got it all done and it rides great with the exception of a weird sticky noise comin from the fronts. i think it might be the grease in the wheel bearings but not sure. anyways ill get pics up as soon as i wash it. oh yeah and i have no rubbing at all YET.

Thanks, I was unsure of where you would have to trim. Now I know.
