Hydraulics ?
I know there is a fullsize on here with hydraulics but I can't think of his name.
But I'm looking for some ways people have setup hydraulics on fullsize trucks.

Thanks.

He says that a juiced truck rides beter than a bagged truck because it has the same ride no matter what height. If it's a quality install there will be no leaks or major issues. I don't know much about them but if you have a question I would bet a lot of money that he has the correct answer to it.

2007 Silverado Classic, KP 6-link, KP watts link, Slam bags, Belltech Spindles, EDC, 10 gallons of air, 3/8" SMC valves, 1/2" DOT line, 22" Boss 315 +40 offset wrapped in 265/40/22

Yo Tonxcab ,

I have a 1990 full size with hydros. When I get a chance I'll post some pics(hopefully by tonight) . It has 4 pumps with 8 batteries , 6 inch cylinders in front and 10 inch cylinders out back. I think most of the younger crowd prefers air and us old schoolers grew up with hydros. I first put hydros on her in 1993. I have gone through 3 setups since then. I'm running all Showtime right now...Got a pretty good deal on the setup. You looking to go with hydros? I'll give you some of my pro's and con's.

Pro's : Mad Lift , locks up like a mofo. Battery charge lasts a good while. Sometimes I would go like 2 weeks without charging , Sooner if your all switch happy like the noobs. Extended play time... I just love it when other truck run out of air and I'm straight clownin on them when their puny compressors are humming away. Engine driven compressors are a different story. Usually people on basic air can't hop(I mean really hop , not snapping the wheels off the ground once) , they tend to drag it on me when I hop on them. Idiots , I can drag too. Really quick , just like running a bottle if not quicker. No popped bags to get you stranded.

Con's : Leaks - with air leaks there is no mess. Hydros you get oil on your ride and on the floor. Weight - batteries are heavy. There goes your fuel economy and with gas prices now a days....Maintenance - battery charging , if your lazy like me you wont like to charge. Thats why after all these years i'm considering going with bags. Ride quality- unless your running accumulators your most likely going to have a bumpy ride.

With anything , the faster you want to go the more money your gonna spend. We used to have a saying " Bags are for fags and hydraulic swithches get the bitches".No offense to those with bags. But like I said i'm seriously thinking of going with bags this time around. And no I'm not gay.....It's just that I like the idea of less maintenance and better ride quality. I guess I can say with hydros...been there ,done that, got a t-shirt.

Again , this is just my opinion. Your truck , your money , you do what you think is best. Later

Let me add, you can make juice ride like a caddy, just have to install accumulators. $100.00 part but makes a world of difference in a juice ride.

Yea Kevin knows his chit when it comes to juice. I had the chance to ride in his truck and in the Focus and the both rode better than any Cadi that I have ever been in.
