How much pressure have you ran with your EDC?
Figured id throw this up. Took out my blow off valve thing so i could run some more pressure. Forgot the switch was on for a while haha...didnt blow it up so thats a good thing..how much PSI do you think this is?
  95 ECSB- KP 6 link, 15 gal under bed, EDC, 22's, Satin black HIDs, custom interior, 18" BTL in a blow through w/ Kicker kx 2500.1 never done 2000 NBS Tahoe LT. BB Tune,Magnaflow,5%,HID's www.subsonickustomz.com |

So whats the no frills way to setup the EDC?
York with switch, brackets, braided leader hose with check valve, water trap, and airline to tank? I'd like to have the option of running up to 200psi. I have the york right now, just need to setup the brackets and get the lines and crap.

yup pretty much leader hose to air line air line to water trap(s) water trap to air line to check valve to air line to tank

for the switch i used the cargo light switch nice and clean would never know its there

ill put the video up in a sec..couldnt get the front end off the grond but the back cam up an inch of so..

Be careful with a york. They will produce a tramendous amount of pressure. I had a check valve lock up and my york exploded. As you can see from the pic, it blew the side off my york.

nick on kp gauges thats just over 250-275 id guess. i cranked my nitrogen up once to 250, which was just under popping my 250psi BOV and it was at about the 6 0'clock position. definatly carefull with that. yorks can overheat running longer to build up that pressure. will burn em up or make em spit out gunk that will clog filters fast and then burn em up.. (don't know why??? lol)
not to mention, if you didnt build your truck to hop be carefull, a lot of hoppers blow balljoints, those hi-travel moogs in your uppers arent as solid as a totally encased balljoint.

i had a sanden on my s10 and they pump a little slower but like to pump high pressures. i ran mine at 225 daily and a buddy ran his cause he likes to hop, at 300 psi daily. we took care of them and there still running strong.

I did that one time, cranked it right around till the needle stopper. atleast 300psi. I was scared to fill the bags.
