Use a tire calculator to measure the diameter of your tire (which in your case should be 29.3"). Divide that in half, which leaves you with 14.65". Measure the distance from the frame to the ground, add that to the 14.65. Raise your control arm up until the center of the spindle reaches this mark. Once you have the control arm in the right place, find out the compressed measurement of your bag. Measure from your lower cup/plate, and mark the frame where the bracket needs to be.
