Did you feel it start to bend? or did you only notice it a week ago?

I think if you cut that off and weld in a traditional front bag mount for a toyota . that would really be a easy fix.
(if you or a buddy know how to weld) then you can fix both sides.

Re: bent spring pocket
well it would be easy if i was gonna run bags, but im just so tired of messing with it i wanna put some drop springs in it, and put a flip kit in the back and make it a relaible driver, then im prolly going to buy another vehicle and bag and body it since i will have most of the parts already, im prolly going to heat it and bend it down then weld some braces in place to hold it down.

I've heard of body shops bending stock upper spring mounts on the driver side to correct the chevy lean. So bending it back should work.

You might not even need heat to bend it back. I would weld a 3-4' long peice of thick square tubing to the top of the bracket and then pound the end of that thing till its bent back in place. Make some gussets weld them in and your good to go.

Re: bent spring pocket
I did the exact same thing on mine when I was learning. I welded on a torsion style mount like these guys are saying, and I never looked back. I actually prefer not having cups up front.

It would actually be more work to heat/bend/weld up the stock perch, then it would be to fab up some new mounts. Don't let this get you down. If anything, you learned something from this happening. Fix it and enjoy your ride IMO

On the nbs, you can lay big wheels with stock arms. What size wheel/tire are you running?
