lol it was holding the driveshaft out of the way.
it chucked a u joint when i shifted into reverse to move it out of the driveway to change the tranny in my uncles dodge

oh no i wasnt talking about the tape from the wishbone the drive shaft i was talking about around the cross member and frame

nope that was my doing it was taped with ducttape till it got hot and let loose than i taped it with packing tape

ya there knarly the weld is about 8 inches long theres a 1.5 inch wide spot tight in the middle thats still welded. to cheap to buy spindles i quess

honestly i would not drive that for a month..those control arms are going to break and you will end up wrecking and hurting yourself or someone else..find some new stock arms and buy some spindles..they are only 200 for the pair..

and what money would that be? the 1800 i had invested in my camaro and the 100 bucks in gas?
sorry but even having to rebuild the frame i feel i got my moneys worth. good drivetrain,cab,bed and the bags and compressors

i really miss wrote that those arms will be going as soon as i can make it to the scrap yard. until then they will get reinforced with some angle iron in the transition.
i cant just not drive it this is my sole piece of transportation

well this truck is not getting driven anymore period i just pulled the wheels to get to the LCA's the frame under the firewall is literaly only 1 inch tall.
instead of notching the cab they made the frame shorter
