2LOW4ND hey thank you for putting the pics etc. it was very resourceful.( I read through this thread at least 3 times by now)

I think I'm gonna go with converting to 2wd route. I confirmed that 2wd 6 bolt hub from 99- 2000 will work on mine so I can swap (ony difference is there is seal in back where axle mounts) and bag the truck. soon as I get all parts etc I'll start build thread for all to see.

Just to let the newer member know I have not owned the Bagged 4wd truck in over 2 years. I cant tell you how everything has withstand the wear and tear overtime.

2LOW4ND, quick Q if you remember, did you ever put c-notched the frame for rear? just question since I'm about start cutting more to go lower when air out.

wow... hope that upper a-arm is stronger than it looks. they definately were never engineered to hold the weight of the frontend of the truck.
