well not sure about your truck but with the OBS style trucks like mine the flip kit drops the rear about 6inches. shackles 2inches, and hangers another 1-2inches. tho i might have the hanger/shackles reversed.LOL i cannt remember
but with all 3 the rear drop could be 10inches drop.
ive also seen mono leaf rear springs...

I would love to drop my 82 scottsdale on air bags or otherwise and roll on some huge tires (I am a total newb) Are there any kits out there or anything that could make this possible? hey do y'all know whos red nbs extended cab that is in the very first post. I did a search and couldn't find much. Its the one that is parked nose to nose with the nbs blue ext cab. I like it because the guy has the same rims as me(or had). Thanks

I have a 91 1500 with a 5 10 drop on 18s, it was droped when i got it but i have droped it more. Im almost positive it has 2" spindles and 3" coils in the frount, i am almost tuckin rim in the the back with a p-255-45s and the front is still a lil to high can somone tell me how to go lower in the frount without cutting coils another inch or inch 1/2 would be great.

im sorry but i have no pics right now but i am workin on gettin some sent to me of the truck now i have pics in my gallary of it before i dropped the back more but sinch the pic on my profile i also got new tires so it looks alot different keep an eye out though im workin on new ones...

boy i cant wait till i get my stuff up(well down) with the 4/6 drop i got a 1990 4.3 thanks a lot for the pics they gave me a good idea on what kinda drop i wanted kinda debating if i wanted the 3/4 or the 4/6. i chose the better of the two, thanks man

I just picked up my wheels today. I posted a picture of it the day I brought it home 2 months ago, and a picture from 20 minutes ago. It has djm 2" spindles in the front and hangers and shackles out back. thinking about goin 1 more inch in the front? Got alot left to do!!
