Ok i'm trying to piece my setup together, this thread is helping out a lot. I got a compressor from a tractor salvage yard for $10, its a york and from what i can tell its a 210, with tube-o fittings. Right hand suction. This is what i need for a prevortec 5.7 right? I need aserpentine clutch though. Anybody have an autozone part # and price? And has anybody made their on brackets? Is it worth paying 175 for on board air brackets? Thanks for any help? And thanks to everyone that got this thread started.

biggest B#### about tightening up the lines is that you can only twist that hose on the fittings so many times b4 it coils up... with a flange fitting you could put the line on the fitting then tighten down the fitting to the york and then only worry bout the other end of the leader hose.. tube o and rotolock are ok too because the fittings have swivels too, (at least mine do from OBA) this is where the swivel would be nice up at the other end but should be able to make it work, hell if it saves ya 50 bucks in hose parts i'd do it.. i'll get my 4 seasons book and look at the parts #'s tonight, there are tons of clutches and setups to use, joakwin had a pre vortec and no ac so it went in like cake, the brackets are rediculous in price and i though someone was werkin on a bracket to produce here, i havn't had any time lately, plus a smashed up truck!..
