johnrxl---no recalls on your vehicle---as for tsb's they are not listed per vehicle but per concern or problem--i chkd for excessive steering effort and nothing was listed--cking for hesitation now

only bulletin for hesitation involves ck eng lite being on and hesitation happening at or above 5400 rpms-----yes 5400 rpm's--says to replace valve springs with new replacement parts

I will send the van in and see what the dealer has to say about the steering.
Haven't had any hesitation at that RPM, it happens off of idle.
