89 turn signal switch
On my turn signal switch, it has delay windshield wipers, cruise control. The high beam part doesn't work. I can pull it back to turn on the high beams, but the switch doesn't click when I pull it back. Also, when you use the left turn signal, it doesn't come back up after you make the turn. I was wondering what it would take to fix this. I found a new switch for it in the LMC catalog, but the switch for my truck is almost $100. Will the switch w/o delay wipers and with cruise work on my truck? That switch is only $40. I know that there is also another switch that goes inside the column that goes around the column, could that be part of the problem as well? I'm not sure which switch it could be. Please, any advice would be much appreciated.

Replace the turn signal switch that should fix your problem. I just did mine and found the part for 25 bucks.

good luck!

Where did you get your switch from and which one was it?

Re: 89 turn signal switch
I found the switch on latemodelrestoration.com for around $45. It sure beats $100 in LMC.

Re: 89 turn signal switch
through 94, wiper switch, high beam switch, turn signal switch and cruise/turn signal arm are all separate switches

adjust the high beam dimmer switch, and that should click
