wont go into 4 low
i have a 1996 gmc seira with push button 4 wheel drive. the other day i tried putting it into 4 low and it automatically goes into 4 high. it has alway went into 4 low fine now it wont. where do i start to look?

not too sure man, heres a bump for ya. hopefully someone will chime in

You have to be in neutral for 4Lo to engage. I've had the best results if the truck is just barely rolling (1 - 2mph).

yes im in neutral with my foot on the brake. it used to go in fine. then i didnt use it for about 6 months and now i push the 4 low button and it goes into 4 high.
