Hey, I'm looking to buy a cheaper scanner... One that can reset fuel trim and read trouble codes, reprogram speedo, change shift points... etc. I want to buy it as an individual... The shop has a snap-on scanner... but it's slightly older and can't do fuel trim and all that fun stuff. My friend bought a Superchip for his chevy... and he can change his speedo, change shift points and pressure... read codes... reset light... and it was $200... but it's meant strictly for chevys... and it lacks a few details (like changing lt fuel trim)... Just wondering if there's anything out there capable of doing most of the things i need it to do for a reasonable price... It seems farfetched... but there's gotta be something!!! haha

Re: Scan Tools
I got the Snap On MODIS and can do anything with it, Kinda overkill. You need something with passthrough capabilities.
