Bought some new tools!!! how much would you have paid???
Well I was coming home from gettin my hair cut today, and I saw a sign that said tool sale, so I said ahh what the hell, lets stop in. So it ended up being this 70 year old guy who was moving from Cleveland, lives on in the same development as my grandparents and he is sellin everyting to move to Florida. So I came across this and bought it:

These are just some of the craftsmen wrenches too

Most of it is Craftsman tool, few are Snap-On, few are Central Forged, and some are Sears.

The tool box just needs some TLC, sanding and painting, and itll be like new.

I picked up all this, including the Craftsman tool box, and EVERYTHING

NOW, if this were YOU buying this, how much would you have paid for all of this that you see in the pictures. I will post how much I paid later tonight, before dinner, because I wanna know If I got a good deal on all this before I post how much I paid.

Don't know how much is there exactly, but I'm gonna say it's a pretty safe bet that there's WELL over $1,000 sitting there.

Re: Bought some new tools!!! how much would you have paid???
well overall I myself paid $430 for everything you see right there.

The reason I bought it is cuz I am always looking for tools, I was going to pick up one of those Craftsman tool boxes, the small plastic ones with like less then 200 pieces a few weeks ago cuz mine got ruined, and they wanted like 200 dollars for them so I held off.

Then I found this which had everything the little black boxes had, plus more with the whole tool box for 200 more. I think I came away with a good deal.

I am 19, gonna be moving out soon and looking for my own house/condo, and when you buy your own place, you always need different tools, and since I live with my mom only we have no tool what so ever, so this is a good start for me. My good for nothing bastard dad took everything when he moved out. I was lucky to find a screwdriver in my house, and always had to borrow other peoples things which got old after a while.

Re: Bought some new tools!!! how much would you have paid???
I went there in hope of finding some air tools and air compressor and tank, but hey, this will do. I think I made out good with it.

and thats basically how it was "hey kid you smoke?" me "yeah" Ill give you something for a few cigs."

So I am happy, think it was a good investment for these tools.
