I now officially hate you.
J/K Nice house. I would find out if it is zoned for you to work a garage out of before you put down any money ( if you haven't already) It would suck big time to have all that garage space and not be able to make it pay for itself.

its not zoned for commercial use. that doesnt mean i cant work on stuff for friends and family, and if they would so happen to leave money somewhere for me to find, there's nothing i can do about that.

Re: i think im about to have every car guy's wet dream...
Ok, first off, awesome piece of property, way cheaper than it should be, awesome bargaining, good sir!
Second, that dry brown grass area in the aerial shot, it needs a large storage building built there, keep on working in the current one, all the projects, extra parts, etc can go in the extra shed.
Have fun, and from the looks of garage and shop, if you have a Mrs, remind here of your location, and to not send a search party.

Re: i think im about to have every car guy's wet dream...
You could convert the Main attached garage to add some Home living space....
It would Be a While before you outgrow a shop that Damn large...
Even though MOST of you might kill me for saying that...
I currently have a Nice Single car garage that is almost a double inside.. but also have a nice plot 2 houses behind my house, we rent the 1 behind me, and the other is a derilict trailer that will get hauled off, when it is gone I am thowing up a Nice 3 bay shop with one double door, So I can convert my Garage for more living space...
I know the Feeling bro its great to have space and something beside the dirt to fix your car in....

it doesnt look that big. you must be used to small bays. i should get the square footage. you know i have to give YOU a hard time. in one bay we have my F250, my friends ranger/F250 mud truck. my other friends 5 ton swamp buggy, 3 ATV's, a material rack, my lathe, 3 drill press, all my welding equipment, a tube chassis from chassis engineering. an entire jeep cherokee and ranger in a scrap pile. a 460 ford big block and c6 transmission. and a bathroom. and yes there is still room to move around inside. thats just one bay. i dont se a problem with sharing with friends. we all get along great and have lots of fun hanging out at the shop.
