Elephant Ears on a OBS
ANyone done it? i love the looks of the New body style "elephant ears" towing mirrors, and would love to put them on my OBS. ANyone done this and can shed some light if it worked at all? THanks.

I don't think it'll work. Seeing how the whole body is different than an OBS, I would think the mirrors would probably mount different.
BTW, a little off topic, but where'd you get your avatar pic? It looks exactly like the pic I took to use as an avatar a while back (bottom right corner specifically). Just curious.

i know they won't work without some modification, but wasn't sure if they would work at all.
and i can't really remember it was just some image online i saw.

The previous body style ones will work IIRC. The bodylines should match up.
I've been wanting to see them on an OBS.

looks like i'll be going to the local junk yards this weekend to look for some i can grab a set and the connectors to go with it. If i install these i will also instal them with power and heat ;).

i've found a few places asking 150ea for power but they're not OE they're remoulded.

Yes. I plan to use them myself. The 94-02 is pretty much a perfect match to our body lines too.
