If you want free image hosting that allows offsite image linking go to http://www.hpphoto.com and you can get 100mb of space or try http://www.sg-community.com and you can get umlimited space and they also allow offsite image linking

www.photobucket.com is the newest one I have found and I am pretty sure it is unlimited and it has text under each picture you have for either html or IMG.
