cheap or free photoshop software??
i dont know really how to do this but i want to try something


just wondering if there is a basic way to start

go to youtube and type in like "color change gimp tutorial" or "how to lower a car on gimp" and they will guide you through it step by step...after you get the gist of it you will start messing around and get it..its easy..
