Black Bear Performance Tuning Houston, TX- Feb 19-21 2010
What: Black Bear Performance Tunes
Where: Northwest Mall; Intersection of 290 and Loop 610, Parking lot off 18th Street across from HISD Sports Complex
When: Feb 19-21 2010
How Much: $50 deposit for time slot, $200 at time of tune (total $250)
10 deposits received to make the meet a go! Time slots will be posted once 10+ deposits received.

Please put "Houston Tuning Trip" in the subject line and include your username.
If folks want spare modules the prices are as follows:
$60 - 96-00 Vortec
$100 - Gen-III
$160 ECM / $60 TCM - Gen-IV Trucks and SUVs
We will need to ship out the modules before the meet for people to install them and perform the security relearn prior to being tuned.

I definitely want to but I just bought a mountain bike today so funds are tight. A little closer to Feb. I should be able to commit

deposits will be due 2 months before the meet so if anyone is waiting until February it isn't exactly helping the cause

from my understanding, Justin from blackbear will sit in your truck while you drive, capture some data and adjust everything based on how you drive and what you want....BTW WHOOP!

We have 10! But dont stop here...10 is only the minimum to have the meet. The more the merrier so if you know anyone else who wants to get it let me know.

Are you tuning the 09's yet with the MDS crap involved? Have the 09 Tahoe with the 5.3L that supposedly swaps between 8 and 4 cylinders for better gas mileage. Is this a problem?

Since we are pulling people from several different forums and clubs, please be patient. Every few days myself/Haley/Jenna will post a running list on everyone whose deposits have been received.
Everyone remember that the meet is not OFFICIALLY a go until at least 10 deposits are received.
Also, just because you are not in the first 10 people to sign up doesn’t mean you cannot get in.
