Looking for a trial registry cleaner!!!

Regards to all, this is my first posting and I believe that you will be gentle to me. I am looking for a tool/software that can manage my system registry files. I know that I can get them online but I need to try them before I actually use them so that I can be sure of the results.

Any suggestions????

Re: Looking for a trial registry cleaner!!!

First of all get regscrubxp
http://majorgeeks.com/download.php?det=2048
That'll get rid of any null entry's, like putting the registy on a diet, its a brute force method. Trims it down though.

Then try CCleaner it's free but it'll correct some registry problems

Also does a good job cleaning out temp and extemporaneous files, few other things

Then if you want to go to the next level you might try a trail of tuneup utilities, that'll do full error correction and some tweaks.

If you want to prune it yourself, go to run and type in regedit. I used to do it that way, slow, boring and risky. Remember its your systems central nervous system.

Re: Looking for a trial registry cleaner!!!

I too have used many types of software for this solution but they did not fare well. Recently my friend suggested regcure which was really effective from my point and the best thing was that it offered a trial before actually owning it. This was a great way to make sure about its features and it did deliver the required results.

Good choice of a site to come and post on! A "gear head" forum for a computer question, lol.
