  • I have about $800 in hard parts (true trac, front and rear gears, front and rear master install kits, and oil), and then paid $300 for a buddy to help and show me how to re-gear both front and rear diffs.
    It has been a very long time but when i got my front diff and stock rear diff re geared and tru trac in the rear it was over 2 grand believe. my 1 ton rear diff with air locker is a price I am trying to forget about. lol
    you can crank it 1.5" without any problems, but if you crank more than that you will run into problems.
