Thought i'd put together a thread dedicated to my coil over conversion for the blue truck. I will update this thread when more progress is made and when I have more time to add more detail.

Goal for this truck is to be LOW while being VERY fun to drive. Will be catered for the twisty's. Maybe once it is all dialed in some performance mods will be in the works. (LQ4?)

Truck is my 2001 GMC Sierra 5.4 4x4. (Old pic)

i bet this is asked of you many times, does the front cv axles bind when its in 4 wheel drive or do they spin normal?

Quite a while ago when I lowered it I split the CV axles apart and just reinstalled the part of that shaft that holds the hub together. I'm buying next axles next year so I will get back to you on that lol.

However, the angle i'm at right now is not as severe as someone with a good amount of lift.
